Your shoes have just arrived, but would a smaller or larger size fit you better? Or have you decided on a different model? Simply withdraw from the purchase agreement. It's very easy.

 

Returns

You can return goods purchased from Premium Barefoot without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Returns are easy to arrange online. Simply fill in a short form and we'll take care of the rest.

RETURNING IN STORE

  • Fill in the online form above
  • Bring the goods to your chosen store
  • We will refund your money to the account provided within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase agreement

RETURNING BY COURIER

  • Fill in the online form above
  • Pack the goods securely
  • We recommend noting the case number on the parcel (starts with the letter V)
  • Hand the parcel to your chosen courier or send it to the address below
  • We will refund your money to the account provided within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase agreement
  • If you selected our shipping option on the online form, the refund will be reduced by the shipping cost stated there (from CZK 69).

Conditions for returns:

  • Undamaged and unworn shoes
  • Original and undamaged box or packaging
  • Pack the box inside another parcel to prevent damage
  • Within 14 days of concluding the purchase agreement - from receipt of the parcel
