In-store pickup works similarly to courier delivery.

Your order is fully stocked at the selected store

Your order is usually ready within 1 hour after placing it. Please wait for an SMS or email confirmation. Preparation time may vary depending on store traffic.

Your order is not fully stocked at the selected store

  1. The missing items are shipped from our central warehouse and are usually ready for pickup on the next business day.
  2. All items pass through our distribution warehouse, which may extend delivery by 1–2 business days but helps reduce the number of separate shipments.

* Standard carrier delivery is usually D+1 but may occasionally take up to D+3.

** Inventory discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the selected warehouse, it will be shipped from another location.
