Has a defect appeared on your shoes during the warranty period? You can submit a warranty claim easily online – simply fill in a short form and describe what happened. We will assess and process your claim within 30 days of receiving the goods at the latest.

How will the warranty claim be processed?
If, following assessment, your claim is accepted, we proceed as follows:
1. If the defect is repairable, we will have it professionally repaired as quickly as possible.
2. If the shoes can no longer be repaired, we will replace them with a new pair.
3. If we no longer have the shoes in stock, or if we are unable to process the claim within the 30-day period, we will refund your money to your account.
The following cannot be claimed under warranty:
Normal wear and tear of the footwear
Mechanical damage
Ill-fitting shoes or discomfort while wearing them
Defects caused by inadequate care or improper use
Defects caused by unauthorised repairs
