Sage, thyme and tea tree – together with hemp oil, this is heavy artillery against annoying spots. Unlike many anti-acne creams, it doesn't dry out the skin, so a flaking nose or scaly cheeks will belong only to bad memories. Even though Anti-Spot consists entirely of butters and oils, it won't make the skin "greasy" – on the contrary, it will be soft and smooth.

The cream works beautifully with another treasure from Biorythme – the Lemon Balm cream. Together they form a wonderful duo for caring for oily, inflamed and problem skin. The very best approach is to use the lighter and fragrant Lemon Balm during the day and let the richer and more potent Anti-Spot work overnight. It may not smell as lovely, but your skin will be in excellent condition in the morning.

Use: With problem skin, thorough cleansing before applying cream is more important than anywhere else. You really only need a small amount of balm, ideally on still-damp skin. If you have facial toner (or floral water) in a spray, it's worth misting your face before application. You'll know you've used the right amount of cream when your skin doesn't shine after application.

Use within: 6 months of opening

Storage: Store at temperatures up to +25 °C (a natural property of the plant butters and oils used is that they become liquid at very high temperatures – if the cream travels with you to warm climates and becomes liquid, this has no effect on quality – you can either let it solidify in a cool place (e.g. refrigerator) or you can use it in liquid form as a nourishing "oil").

Hemp oil: This valuable oil excels with its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (up to 80%), and also contains vitamin E and essential amino acids. Important fatty acids in hemp oil include omega-3 acids, whose deficiency is often associated with many health problems, and research shows they are an effective aid in the fight against dry, flaking and acne-prone skin.
