1. Are the Free Orbit trainers suitable for all-day wear?
   Yes! Thanks to the soft and flexible sole, anatomical toe box and transitional insole, they're ideal for all-day wear – to work, for walks and leisure activities.
2. What does transitional insole mean?
   The package includes two insoles – one with a slight drop for gradual adaptation to the barefoot style, and another completely flat for the full barefoot experience. You can choose your own pace of transition.
3. What's the difference between these trainers and regular footwear?
   Unlike regular shoes, they have an anatomically shaped wide toe box that lets your toes work freely, and the option of zero drop thanks to the flat spare insole, which supports a natural walking style and healthy posture.
4. What size should I choose?
   We recommend choosing your regular size, but to be sure, check the Free Orbit size chart, where you'll find precise measurements including the internal length of the shoe.
5. How do I care for the trainers to make them last as long as possible?
   We recommend regularly treating the brushed leather upper with waterproofing. If they get dirty, simply clean gently with a damp cloth and leave to air dry.
