The BENNON Terenno Barefoot+ O6 ankle boots are built for rough terrain yet let your feet work naturally. This popular outdoor model now comes with a wider construction and cushioned sole, so you get freedom for your toes without feeling every pebble underfoot.

The waterproof and breathable REGI-TEX® membrane keeps your feet dry in rain and wet grass, the anti-slip PLUSOR sole handles mud and wet rocks, and the ankle height adds support on uneven ground. The black nubuck upper works for hiking, gardening and outdoor work - and with EN ISO 20347 O6 certification, these boots are built to last.

BENNON boots fit on the roomier side. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one.

There is no difference in fit, length or width between women's and men's models in the same size.

How to Care for Your Boots

• always remove coarse dirt with a brush first
• wipe the boots with a damp cloth and let them dry
• do not machine wash or dry directly next to heat sources
• to increase durability, treat the boots regularly with waterproofing spray
• nubuck is easily cleaned with a special cleaning rubber
• do not use greases or waxes on boots with a membrane - they may reduce the membrane's functionality
• with proper care, your leather will last for years

1. Are these boots really barefoot?
   They have a wide barefoot toe box and minimal drop, but a deliberately thicker and more cushioned sole. They're a compromise between barefoot feel and terrain protection - ideal if a classic thin barefoot sole isn't enough for outdoor use.
2. Who is the Barefoot+ version for?
   For wider feet and anyone who wants a natural stride but doesn't want to feel every pebble underfoot. The construction is wider than a standard barefoot model.
3. Will the REGI-TEX® membrane keep water out?
   Yes, the membrane is waterproof and breathable - it handles rain, wet grass and slushy snow. These aren't wellies though, so don't wade through deep water.
4. What terrain are they suited for?
   The PLUSOR sole has a deep tread and anti-slip treatment (SR), so it handles forest paths, rocks, mud and snowy streets. Thanks to cold insulation (CI), they're suitable for colder months too.
5. What size should I choose?
   Measure your foot and add 5-10 mm of growing room, then choose the size according to the internal length in the chart. BENNON boots fit on the roomier side, so if you're between sizes, go for the smaller one.
6. How do I care for nubuck?
   Clean with a brush, use a nubuck cleaning rubber for greasy marks and waterproof regularly. Skip greases and waxes - on boots with a membrane they can reduce its functionality.
