"My wife and I took the Utah 3.0 into the city, into the forest and through wet grass after rain. They're very comfortable to walk in and feel high quality. The sheep's wool inside keeps you warm, the membrane didn't let any water through the seams after impregnation, and the pronounced sole tread grips well even on slippery surfaces. Despite the more robust construction, the boots are nicely flexible, have zero drop and plenty of room for the toes. Just note: the fit is more suited to medium to wider feet, so on narrow feet there's too much space at the front. You don't need to worry about rain, snow or cold in these."

RAYVE UTAH 3.0 Grey barefoot winter boots are insulated ankle boots for the city and winter walks. The nubuck upper is protected by a waterproof TEX membrane, while inside you'll find a lining of 100% natural organic certified sheep's wool that also wraps around the ankle collar.

How to choose the right size

Measure your foot and add 5-10mm allowance. The wool lining takes up a bit of space in the boot, so we recommend an allowance closer to 10mm.

We make the boots in sizes 36-46. There is no difference in fit, length or width between women's and men's sizes.

How to care for your boots

• always remove coarse dirt first with a nubuck brush
• gently wipe stains with a damp cloth and allow the boots to air dry
• do not wash or dry the boots directly next to heat sources
• to increase durability, treat the boots regularly with impregnation spray
• with proper care your leather will last a long time
