"Water shoes are almost a must-have for children in summer, especially if you're going on holiday. I bought the RAYVE Splashsafe model mainly because we often go to the swimming pool, where there's lots of concrete surface that burns the children's feet. We tested them on both children on various surfaces – from gravel and grass to sandy playgrounds and even an hour of exercise in the gym. The children spend basically all their time in them, they're not afraid to run on pine needles, the hot concrete doesn't burn them and they don't mind them even when swimming and playing in the water – they practically don't know they're wearing them.

They work like socks with a firmer but perfectly thin and soft sole that completely protects your feet and doesn't restrict natural movement in any way. Plus they're super light and packable, so they fit even in a small bum bag."
