Measure your foot and add 9-12 mm of extra room.

The measurements are internal, meaning the space inside the shoe. There is no difference in cut, length or width between women's and men's models in the same size.

   Zing have a medium fit. If you have a wider foot, compare the inner width in the chart with the measured width of your foot.
