   The BluStride sole has a 4 mm base and a 1 mm tread. It is thin and flexible to keep you in touch with the ground, yet durable enough for everyday wear in town.
3. Do the BLSN-200 also fit a wider foot?
   The model has a wide, anatomically shaped toe box, but the overall cut is narrow to medium. If you have a noticeably wider foot, try the BLSN-600+, which has more volume.
4. Which size should I choose?
   Measure the length of your foot and add 5-10 mm. You will find the exact internal dimensions in the size chart above.
5. How do I care for the trainers so they last as long as possible?
