Walking, Movement and Health Stories and Brands Podcast naBOSo
Listen to the podcast with Vlaďka Botlíková, a healthy movement instructor. About sport, injury, a love of barefoot shoes and walking barefoot, and her courses for all generations.
This time, the guest on the naBOSo mluVÍ podcast was our ambassador, healthy movement instructor and author of a successful blog and several e-books, PaedDr. Vladana Botlíková. In previous episodes we focused on exercise and movement theory together; this time it was Vlaďka’s turn. We talked not only about how she found her way into her work, but also what her transition to barefoot shoes looked like.
Vlaďka’s professional direction was shaped mainly by her mum – a qualified PE teacher – but also by her own injury. Even before starting at FTVS UK, she seriously injured her knee, so she began taking an interest in physiotherapy, which has stayed with her on her professional path to this day. She’ll outline what she focuses on in her practice, what her online courses or seminars are like, and why she’s grown so fond of walking in barefoot shoes – and even completely without shoes.
